1. Gift Card Usage
Retrograde Skin gift cards are valid for services or products offered in-studio. They are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used for gratuities. All redemptions must occur in person at Retrograde Skin.

2. Expiration
Gift cards do not expire. However, lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, so please treat them like cash.

3. Non-Refundable
All gift card sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided after purchase.

4. Limitations
Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. They may not be combined with certain promotions or discounts unless specifically stated.

5. Fraud Protection
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any gift card order that appears to be fraudulent or in violation of our terms.
